In the second Greenformance TechTalk, we use our 3D printer in the Greenformance Lab to show how machine data, physics-informed assessment and a process twin create a reliable basis for an AI agent. The AI agent assesses relevant deviations and provides recommendations; validity and uncertainty remain visible, while the final decision stays with the human expert.

Who is it for?

Specialists and managers in production, maintenance, energy, automation, OT/IT and Industrial AI.

What you will learn
  • Why an anomaly alone is not sufficient grounds for action
  • How physics-informed data preparation and hybrid models connect AI agents to technical reality
  • How AI hallucinations can be addressed in industrial applications
  • Which parts of the approach can be transferred to other machine classes, such as CNC machines
